Meet EVAN

I have been a personal trainer, strength and conditioning coach, and athletic performance coach for more than 10 years.

Over this time, some of my greatest accomplishments have been helping over 100 people in a 1 on 1 setting lose 7kgs or more each.

I’ve also worked with 20+ clients to rehabilitate their movement so they can do things now that they thought they could no longer do! My passion is helping people, no matter what the goal; back rehab, lose weight, or compete at a high level.

Meet MITCH


Coach Mitch is a retired level10/SNR international gymnast. He has represented both for Queensland and Australia. He is knowledge is vast and we are excited to have him provide this 6 Week Program.

I especially like working with anyone who wish to increase their knowledge in gymnastics from beginners to more experience athletes.

Meet LAURA

I have been a trainer and coach in the fitness industry for almost 15 years.

I especially like working with clients for sports performance; developing explosive speed and power to help them level up their performance in their chosen sport.

I also love working with clients to help them achieve their weight loss and/or muscle gain goals; providing support and accountability not only with their training, but nutrition also- it’s the foundation at the end of the day!

Meet JAS

I have been living and breathing Crossfit since I was 13 years old. Hitting local competitions and making Age at Torian Pro in 2023.

I especially like working with clients who wish to improve their barbell and gymnmastics. Losing weight or improving their skills to take their Crossfit to the next level.

Due to an ACL injury I started training with Laura to gain strength and confidence for a National Touch Competition early in 2020. I wanted to be best prepared in my playing as well as in my mental preparation for competition.

Laura was able to help me get back on the field in social and competition levels with a mixture of sport specific and Crossfit training. Even now we continue to work to gain strength and cardio endurance for games. Nowadays every session has a mix of strength, gymnastics, sports specific drills and Laura always brings something new to the session to get my brain thinking and challenging the body.

I had my first PT session with Jas when I joined CrossFit505 at the end of April 2024. During that session, I immediately noticed significant improvements thanks to Jas’s clear explanations and effective cues.

I decided to continue with fortnightly sessions, complemented by a solo programmed session in the off weeks. My main goal was to improve my gymnastics, so we focused on building push and pull strength. In just a few months, I went from struggling to do a single strict pull-up to consistently performing sets of four. Deficit push-ups have also become a regular part of my routine, whereas I previously struggled with small sets of standard push-ups.

In August, I set a new goal to learn butterfly kipping pull-ups, and with Jas’s guidance, I achieved it within three months! I’ve never experienced such rapid progress before, which speaks volumes about Jas’s coaching. I’m excited to see what we can accomplish together in 2025!
