1 Chest to Bar to completing 36

For the past 2 years, Evan has supported my CrossFit journey by providing extra programming. I have now completed 4 different cycles - including weight lifting, gymnastics and cardio.

I went from not being able to do 1 Chest to Bar to completing 36 Chest to Bars in a workout,

I couldn't do a squat snatch and can consistently do reps.
