Burpees and CrossFit go together like peanut butter and jelly. Just like how you can never have too much peanut butter and jelly, you can never have too many burpees in a CrossFit workout. In fact, if you ask a CrossFitter about burpees, they'll probably tell you that they're the best part of the workout. (Or, at least that's what they'll say sarcastically between gasps for air and sweat-soaked grunts.)
But jokes aside, Burpees have a very real place in your health and longevity - that's why we love to hate them.
