Short-Term vs. Long-Term Goals

Track Your Progress Regularly or Recruit Someone for Accountability Whether you use an

app, journal, or calendar, logging your workouts, meals, and activities helps you measure progress and stay accountable. Recruiting a friend or family member is super effective to keep you even more accountable!
Stay Flexible and Adjust When Needed Life rarely goes according to plan, and setbacks will happen. Missed workouts or cheat meals don’t mean failure—they’re just part of the process. Instead of giving up, take a step back, reassess your goals, and adjust your plan.
